Frank Henenlotter made his name with exploitation horror movie Basket Case and would follow this up with the story of Brian, an average New York city guy who becomes dependent on an evil, disembodied parasitic brain named Aylmer. Who eats brains to supply Brian with an hallucinogenic drug. It's psychedelic, detestable, and hysterical. And a must watch.
